Sit with Me for a Moment
Sit With Me for a Moment
A Weekly Transition Ritual — Live from the Pasture
There is a space between work and home.
Most of us rush straight through it.
This is where we pause.
Each Thursday at 5:15 pm Central, I log into Zoom from my pasture while the horses settle into their evening hay. We take 45 minutes to slow down, breathe, and transition out of the noise of the day.
No fixing.
No performing.
No pressure to share.
Just a grounded space to land.
You’ll be guided through:
- A gentle grounding practice
- Light breathwork to settle your nervous system
- A quiet reflection prompt
- An Anchored in Grace card pull and intention for the week
Some days the horses wander into view.
Some days they simply graze nearby.
Either way, their presence anchors the space.
This is not a course.
It’s a ritual.
A place to exhale before you step back into your life.
Who This Is For
This space is for women who:
- Feel “off” but can’t quite name why
- Carry a lot and rarely put it down
- Move from responsibility to responsibility without transition
- Want to feel more grounded at the end of the day
You don’t have to be struggling.
You don’t have to be burned out.
You just have to be willing to pause.
What to Expect
