Something I have learned in building this community is that the Quiet Fracture rarely lives in one place.

It lives in the drift from ourselves. And it lives in our relationships -- in the way we learned to over-give, to stay quiet, to perform just a little better in hopes of finally feeling safe in our connections.

Those two things are not separate. They are the same pattern, running through different parts of our lives.

That is why I want you to meet my sister.

Bridget Newman is a Reclamation Coach and Mentor. Her work is for women who are done choosing connection that costs them who they are. She guides women back to themselves from the inside of their relationships, through the patterns of self-abandonment, the cycles of over-giving, and the long-learned habit of silencing their own needs to hold onto belonging.

When Bridget and I first sat down and really talked about the women we each serve, we could not stop nodding. We kept arriving at the same place from different directions. Her work and mine are two different doors into the same homecoming.

She does not just teach this work. She has lived it. For a long time, she was the one overextending. The one who thought that staying a little quieter and performing a little better might finally earn her the safety she was craving in her relationships. She knows the weight of these patterns from the inside. And she knows the profound freedom of finally choosing differently.

That lived experience is the heartbeat of everything she offers.
