You keep saying you’re fine. Six Sundays in the circle, for the woman who is holding it all together on the outside and quietly wondering where she went.
You are the one everyone counts on. You answer the texts, you keep the calendar, you show up, and you show up well. But the slow gap between how you appear and how you actually feel has a name: the Quiet Fracture™. It is not just burnout. Burnout is the exhaustion; the Quiet Fracture is the drift that happens when what is expected of you keeps overriding what is true for you.
This is a six-week experiential learning circle built around one transformational book and the Wild Grace Compass™. We don't just discuss what we read. We step into the pasture and practice it until it becomes part of how we live.

We begin with the book Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. We explore what it reveals together. Then we step into the pasture where the horses help us experience how the Wild Grace Compass brings it all to life and lets the lessons find you in ways it matters most.
Week after week you'll begin learning how to recognize your own Compass in everyday life.
The Wild Grace Compass™ isn't a personality test or step-by-step formula. It's a practical way of noticing when you've drifted from yourself and learning how to return. Throughout these six weeks, you won't just learn about burnout, you'll also have an understanding of why burnout is the smoke not the problem.

We move through one book together, chapter by chapter, at a steady weekly pace so there is no pressure to keep up alone. The book gives you language for what you have been feeling and helps you see that losing touch with yourself is not failure. It is drift, and drift can be noticed.

You will be held by a small group of up to twelve women who bring honesty, support, and shared insight to each session. You do not have to arrive polished or prepared. You simply come as you are and let the circle carry some of what you have been holding alone.

Each week, we carry what is on the page out to the horses. A horse can show you in ninety seconds what a couple of chapters are trying to say. No horse experience need, and all of the work is done on the ground. The horse gives you the practice of returning to yourself in real time.
Women come to this circle because they are capable, dependable, and deeply tired of carrying it all alone. The experience of being witnessed, supported, and reflected by both the group and the horses creates the kind of clarity that is hard to find in everyday life.

Unlocking the Cycle is for the woman who continues to show up on the for everyone while quietly putting her needs on the back burner, to the point where she wonders if she is even visible in her life anymore. It names the gap between functioning and truly feeling alive.
Each week blends assigned reading, shared reflection, and experiential practice with the herd. The book gives you language, the women give you support, and the horses help make what is true visible.
This section of the journey helps you recognize the Quiet Fracture™ beneath burnout and begin returning to what is true for you with clarity, steadiness, and support.
I am Shawn Marie Paul. I founded Wild Grace and I named the
thing I kept seeing in high-capacity women, and in myself, the Quiet Fracture. I am a certified trauma-informed, women-centered Master Life & Leadership Coach. I am EAL certified and passionate about providing transformational opportunities for women to empower themselves to live the life they want through the wisdom of horses. I run this work both online and from Sunflower Ranch in Big Lake, Minnesota, alongside my herd
who have taught me more than any training ever did.
As many of you have experienced, I found myself over-giving and overriding my needs and wants until I didn't recognize myself anymore. I wasn't living the life I created. I was physically in the room but mentally checked out.
One day I looked around and said, "I need to go home" and I meant it literally and figuratively. I spent the next two years sitting with and processing with my horses. Cass was the first to meet me and he helped pull me back into my body. You will understand what this means, trust me. Then Brady took it from there.
As my heart horse, he taught me how to get out of my head
and into my heart and body. He taught me what it means to be present and
while I lost him in October, he was the guiding force behind Wild Grace.
Once through my healing journey, I looked back and thought, "There has to be a way I can bring this healing to other women. Even women who can't access horses. So, I created the Wild Grace Compass and built the virtual Wild Grace Sanctuary so we can all meet and support each other, even if you can't meet me in my arena. Brady is with us in this work and rejoices when he sees our center
reignite. Again, you will understand.
I miss him tremendously, but I keep on going because this was
his gift to me and he expects me to share it with the world. Welcome to
our little slice of heaven, no matter which portal you enter, we are here to walk this path together.

Everything you need to know about Unlocking the Cycle in the
Wild Grace Book & Barn Series.
No. You do not need any horse experience at all. All of the work is done on the ground.
No. You do not need to read a word before you arrive. The readings are paced week by week, and nobody reads ahead.
That is completely normal. This space is designed for women who are used to holding everything together and may not often choose themselves first.
There are twelve women in the circle, creating an intimate and supportive experience.
This is experiential. You do not just discuss the ideas—you practice them through reflection, community, and guided work with the horses.
Those are different, and the difference is the whole point of these six weeks.
